You can do this just by measuring for some time, say seconds, or minutes as we did. So You can interpret the damping of a pendulum as a measurement for the going of one graviton into a black hole, and the coming back of one graviton action out of the one graviton black hole. Eine Vermögenssteuer in Deutschland macht Sinn (Teil 2) Eine Analyse der Daten nach Tabelle 1 von Davide FURCERI und Georgios KARRAS (2008) zeigt, dass eine Property Tax (Grundsteuer als eine Form von Vermögenssteuer) im Grunde nicht mit dem Wirtschaftswachstum korreliert. Der von mir errechnete PEARSON Korrelationskoeffezient für die aggregierten Daten beträgt  r = - 0,06 und ist nicht signifikant. Es würde sich bei Signifikanz ein vollkommen arbiträrer erklärter Varianzanzteil von 3,6 per mille ergeben. Dies gilt auch für die nichtaggregierten Daten (nicht signifikante negative Korrelation von -0,07 nach FURCERI und KARRAS, 2008, Seite 5). Der Unterschied zwischen - 0,06 und -0,07 ist u.a. über die Datenaggregation erklärlich und weist auf die Relevanz meiner Analyse hin.
