We analyze the genomic architecture of Bacteriophage MS2 (Leviviridae), widely considered a modern structural proxy for the Earth’s oldest evolutionary RNA viruses. We demonstrate that the MS2 single-stranded RNA genome length of 3,569 nucleotides* converges with the 17th Lucas number (L17 = 3571) at a remarkable precision of 99.94%. Building upon the morphogenetic framework proposed by Stefan Geier et al.** we will discuss how this numeric harmony reflects thermodynamic constraints and maximum data-packing efficiency in early evolutionary history. We assume and hypothesize that this nearly perfect fit is associated with the extremly long evolutionary pressure of (bio-)physics described by GEIER's equations on MS2 (Leviviridae).
