Gastric inhibitory polypeptide (GIP), also known as glucose-dependent insulinotropic polypeptide, is an inhibiting hormone of the secretin family of hormones. While it is a weak inhibitor of gastric acid secretion, its main role, being an incretin, is to stimulate insulin secretion.

GIP, along with glucagon-like peptide-1 (GLP-1), belongs to a class of molecules referred to as incretins, which stimulate insulin release on oral food intake.

Tirzepatide is an analog of the human GIP hormone with a C20 fatty diacid portion attached, that has been approved for treatment of diabetes in the US in May 2022.

The legth of the GIP peptide is 42 amino acids*.
We looked for the nearest FIBONACCI- or LUCAS-number or midpoint** for the GIP protein legth. The nearest of those numbers are F9=34 and L8=47.
The midpoint fit is (34+47)/2/42=40.5/42=0.96429 ~ 96%.
This corroborates GEIER's equations and GEIER's programme** at an actual point of scientific, and clinical medical interest.

Tirzepatide has ~39 aa with a C20 fatty diacid portion attached***; a 87% fit to F9 for the peptide component. Hypothesis: Optimization to F9 or the F9-L8-midpoint to reduce adverse effects is putative possible.
For comparison:
Semaglutid: 32 aa; 98.4% fit to a 31.5 L7-F9-midpoint.****
Dulaglutid: 31 aa; 98.4% fit to a L7-F9-midpoint.*****

Motivated by Katharina Geier (reported a putative adverse effect related necrotizing myositis, immune-mediated necrotizing myopathy IMNM, for Tirzepatide).
