Gastric inhibitory polypeptide (GIP) fits a LUCAS-FIBONACCI-midpoint with about 96.4% and thus corroborates Geier's equations and equilibrium concept; Tirzepatide fits with 87% to F9 and the same LUCAS-FIBONACCI-number-midpoint with about 96.3% - A first look by Stefan Geier et al.

Gastric inhibitory polypeptide (GIP), also known as glucose-dependent insulinotropic polypeptide, is an inhibiting hormone of the secretin family of hormones. While it is a weak inhibitor of gastric acid secretion, its main role, being an incretin, is to stimulate insulin secretion.

GIP, along with glucagon-like peptide-1 (GLP-1), belongs to a class of molecules referred to as incretins, which stimulate insulin release on oral food intake.

Tirzepatide is an analog of the human GIP hormone with a C20 fatty diacid portion attached, that has been approved for treatment of diabetes in the US in May 2022.

The legth of the GIP peptide is 42 amino acids*.
We looked for the nearest FIBONACCI- or LUCAS-number or midpoint** for the GIP protein legth. The nearest of those numbers are F9=34 and L8=47.
The midpoint fit is (34+47)/2/42=40.5/42=0.96429 ~ 96%.
This corroborates GEIER's equations and GEIER's programme** at an actual point of scientific, and clinical medical interest.

Tirzepatide has ~39 aa with a C20 fatty diacid portion attached***; a 87% fit to F9 for the peptide component. The midpoint fit to the F9-L8-midpoint is 39/40.5~0.96296 ~ 96%. Hypothesis: Optimization to F9 or the F9-L8-midpoint to reduce adverse effects is putative possible.
For comparison:
Semaglutid: 32 aa; 98.4% fit to a 31.5 L7-F9-midpoint.****
Dulaglutid: 31 aa; 98.4% fit to a L7-F9-midpoint.*****

All drugs for "weight reduction" described here are engineered in a way that fits our equlibrium criteria.

Motivated by Katharina Geier (reported a putative adverse effect related necrotizing myositis, immune-mediated necrotizing myopathy IMNM, for Tirzepatide). As described above (mid-point fit of 96%) peptide length is not to be expected as cofactor for adverse effects of Tirzepatide.

Comparable considerations hold for Glucagon-like peptide-1 (GLP-1) with a length of 30 to 37 aa with the 9th FIBONACCI-number 34 at the center of the isoforms lengths (Wikipedia today: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Glucagon-like_peptide-1):

Figure 1. Local Fibonacci, Lucas, and adjacent Fibonacci-Lucas midpoint targets together with the five-candidate 39-40-residue cluster and biological comparators. The shaded interval marks integer lengths 39-42, which reach at least 96% proximity to the prespecified midpoint 40.5.
